Bean counters Ball
As an additional way to support our community, the Bean Counters Ball committee presents awards and scholarships to younger applicants who are showing initiative in the community and dedication to their accounting and finance studies.
The Young Achiever Award was initiated to recognise someone under the age of 40, dedicated to supporting the local community at the beginning of their career.
Similarly, the Bean Counters Encouragement Scholarship and Bean Counters Achievement Award were initiated to support the studies of those in the Hunter region through the Hunter TAFE Foundation. Learn more about the Scholarship and Achievement Award through our Charity Partners’ work.
Every year in conjunction with Hunter Young Professionals (hyp), the Bean Counters Ball committee awards the Young Achiever Award. This award is given to a nominee who has shown promise and commitment to their community in the early years of their career.
To qualify for the award, nominees must be under the age of 40 and can work in any professional industry. They must demonstrate initiatives or contributions that support the community, beyond the expectations of their substantive role.
